Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to support our nursing staff and provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient well-being, and help maintain a clean and safe care environment. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive respectful, attentive, and supportive care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Support nurses with clinical tasks and documentation as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and common areas.
• Help transport patients to appointments or procedures as needed.
• Adhere to infection control, health, and safety guidelines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Assistant in Nursing (AIN) or Nursing Assistant course.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to assist with lifting, transfers, and other mobility tasks.
