Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial carpentry and be able to read blueprints, follow building plans, and work with precision. You will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood, drywall, and other materials according to specifications.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and building plans.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, framing, molding, and other structures.
• Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or fixtures.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter (2–5 years preferred).
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry apprenticeship a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in finish carpentry, framing, or cabinetry.
