Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of physical tasks in support of construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or warehouse operations. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespeople as needed (e.g., carpenters, electricians).
• Clean and prepare work sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Follow safety procedures and always wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Carry out general site cleanup and organization.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or foreman.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a laborer role (preferred but not required).
