Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care and clinical support in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be licensed and experienced in monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Coordinate patient care with doctors, therapists, and other medical staff.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment.
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Follow all hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Insert State].
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred depending on setting).
